Ah! A few proposed this very feature but none have added it yet. I did hear some other Fediverse projects experimenting with this other than Mastodon but can't find it now, but the suggestion is at https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/26464 @jeremyjanzen #AltText

Oh boo hoo! Someone doesn't like the new alt text warning on Mastodon!
