Scored some Jerusalem artichokes today at the grocer, along with some cute little purple yams (plus Cambray onions, red garlic, asparagus, and shiitake mushrooms).

I will soon cook a combination of those, along with some of my new batch of tempeh (white bean and black sorghum) in a sort of stew.
