One of Bologna's nicknames is "La Grassa" - essentially "Big/Fat". That is because there is a lot of good food and drink going around - La Mortadella, Le Lasagne alla Bolognesi, I Tortelli, Il Pignoletto etc. Helping Bologna keep this title is this street, Via Pescherie Vecchie. Lined with stalls, shops, restaurants, cheesemongers, pasta makers and the likes - you won't go hungry here! 🍝✨
